If format is what you need help with, Microsoft Word has several templates to use. You just fill in you information.

you can make a new one or copy and paste one then you can go to job search and a list of jobs that pertain to your resume will com up and you can usually email your resume directly from that website

If you have Microsoft Office, check in the templates, there are several resumes in there (check online too!). You can pick the style you like best and just edit it to reflect your experiences.
