How To Writing Resume

Aaron Said:

I need information about resume writing!?

We Answered:

First and foremost: forget the money. The more indirect you are with money, the better. So how much you charge depend on circumstances, try to keep that at bay, but don't forget it either ;-)

Next, in any and all work-related documents such as a resume, don't think of yourself. Always be nice and presentable (document-wise) to catch the viewer's attention; and never forget: you are offering THEM something. Don't think of what they offer you.

Now, make everything simple, write only what is relevant and you should stand out. If possible write a nice and simple-direct and to the point- cover letter. Trust me, a cover letter is a million times more important than the resume.

So to recap: the resume should catch the attention of the viewer, try to stand out but don't over do it, don't saturate your resume, and try to make a good cover letter if possible. These steps will take you to the all-important job interview.

This is the most important part: the job interview. Dress well, address yourself to the interviewer as well as you dress, and you should do fine.

Good luck, and hope I helped a bit!

Need assistance in writing resume?

We Answered:

Well, you may of course ask some of your friends, who are already working to show you their resumes. Or there are some tips offered free of charge on line, like http://www.alec.co.uk/resume_writing/index.htm or http://www.jobseekersadvice.com/cv_advice/articles/cv_tips.htm
and many others.
But personally I used this online service http://www.resumesexperts.com/ when was looking for my first job position. After that I have a good example of my resume, prepared quite professionally (don't feel sorry for a penny paid for that resume) and, besides, now I have much more personal experience to be self-sufficient in writing such things. But that was really a good start.

Writing resume with no high school education?

We Answered:

First, don't let her get discouraged! LOTS of people don't have a high school education and still find perfectly good jobs! The key is to emphasize her work history and skills. If she's had any on-the-job training, she can include that, but otherwise, just leave the "Education" section off of the resume completely. Depending on the type of job she's applying for, being a native Chinese speaker could be a real asset - make sure she includes what dialect(s) she speaks.
