how to write a successful curriculum vitae?

We Answered:

There are a no. of books giving details about preparing a CV. Give the important details like ur objective, qualification, skills - co-curricular and extra-curricular, ur interests, mailing address and if needed reference of two people. Type it neatly. Proofread and see that there is no error. Give only the true things related to the job. Attach the CV with a covering letter. All the best

Steve Said:

I am trying to write my Curriculum Vitae. I am a foreign language teacher. I teach Spanish as a 2nd. language.

We Answered:

Start with a summary (in point form) of what you have accomplished. Then followed by your detailed work experience. Each one should have a strong emphasis of what exactly you have done in that job which stood out. Lastly write about your education/studies (degree) which should mention about your major and thesis. Also include other personal developments (workshop, seminars, etc.) as well. Eventually, you can always add more later to 'spice' it up. Remember, a good resume is never perfect and finalized; you will always need to update it occasionally. G'luck.
