Well, first keep the format simple and keep it to less than one page - especially since you are just starting out...after you have been working for years and are established, then you can bump it to two pages.

The format:

Centered at the top are your name, address, phone, and email - each on their own line.

Then list your experiences in the left margin. For you at this point, you can list babysitting as one and cleaning houses as another. What you will want to make certain you do is to find skills that are needed in the boutique that you have proven in the other two job areas.

So, the boutique is probably all about customer service - you will want to find ways that you provided excellent customer service at both babysitting and house cleaning...maybe you helped a kid you were babysitting with homework, or a client's house needed extra attention and you went about the call of duty - that sort of thing.

Finally list your education - simply the high school you are attending and a projected completion date.
