u need to include ur personal details, qualifications, education (what schools u went to) and u can add in hobbies if u think it'll help. sure if u search CV's on google, loads of example CVs can be found and u could copy the layout.

Any type of training is part of your education so you should include the training period in the education area of your resume. You should state this as follows:

"Continuing education courses and training:
- XYZ College Training Workshops:Crisis Management (or whatever the training was all about)
- etc etc"

About the projects, you should include them in a "Special projects" area

- "Special Course Project, Business Writing
* determined feasibility of upgrading communication technologies in local business" (you must mention some things the course dealt with, especially if the respective things are related to the job you are seeking)
