From experience, I can tell you that when writing a resume, remember that it should tell the story of your career history. An ideal resume should tell a Hiring Manager what you are looking for in a position, list a summary of your skill set, show a consistent work history with continued increasing responsibility, convey your computer skills, provide your education, inform them of any special training you've obtained and inform them any special accomplishments you have achieved and how to contact you.

& the different colors you want and such
and then print it out on pink and black paper

then job history-including those you done for others for free

Microsoft Word has a template available to type your resume. I would start there. Click on File to start a new document. Depending on your version of word, you will either get a pop up box or menu to the right of your screen. Pick templates on my computer. Other Documents. Resume Wizard.
