Hi--usually you need a license to be a phlebotomist as well as a clinical lab tech. You might be able to get a research position at the university or work as a lab receptionist. So unless its an unlicensed position (research); the exposure is meaningless, sorry. I would contact some of the professors & see if they can hire an assistant for the summer. Hospitals & reference labs can use unlicensed people in the processing department of the lab.

I would just put on the resume that you have lab skills with handling specimens (as the tests won't matter themselves).
