Don't force yourself to write something that you can't, simply follow your own ideas and be fluent and precise. Keep in mind that you always need to imagine what the reader will have as impression ( put your self on his mind) and try your best to make him find what he wants precisely by avoiding the "useless" information. Finally, know that everything you want is already achieved once your try your best ;)

You include you education and you can include any related experience you may have, or transferable skills. You could also include volunteer work and community service. If you are applying for a job, I doubt they are even going to ask for one. I mean if it's a restaurant, retail store, or any job that a high school student normally would apply for.
