I don't have an agent, but I would suggest listing the agency's contact info as opposed to yours if your resume will be widely seen by a lot of people- there are a lot of sickos out there and your agency can deal with them. Congratulations on being signed, by the way!

If you want to leave a personal email address on your resume, that would be okay, but too much info makes a resume look cluttered and your agency will inform you of anything you need to know. Example:

(first and last name)
Registered with/represented by (name of agency)
(Agency address)
(agency phone number)
personal e-mail: (email address)
