Previous project info in Resume?

We Answered:

Ideally, if you are telling which company you have worked with in your resume, you should not be telling the name of the clients of that company because most likely your employment contract includes non disclosure clause which means you can not disclose name of the clients of that company. So choices you got:
a) Disclose the name of the company you were employed with but don't tell the name of their client. Additionally, you should not also provide any specific details of project that disclose business or operation. Replace specifics with generic stuff to indicate the nature of work you did.

b) Don't disclose the company you were deployed with then you can tell the client name but still you can't disclose business or operations details of that client

Apart from the written stuff where you can't put these things, during interviews you can possibly some of the specifics verbally if that makes absolute win for you.

And my general observation has been that most of the people don't adhere to these rules/standards/norms.

i want to get samples of career objectives from top resumes and cv to use in my resume or cv?

We Answered:

I do not recommend using career objectives in resumes.
but that is just me. i think it's a outdated practice and takes up space on your resume that could be better used for other things.
