Volunteer experiences, extra curricular activities, any class experience you have that could prepare you for work. Be creative, no one wants to hire someone who says "I have no work experience, I've never had a job," even if that person is 16. Figure out things that you have done throughout your life that show that you can handle responsibility and commitment to your work, even if that was school, or horses, or whatever. You didn't have to make a million bucks doing it to learn something from it, right? :)Julio Said:

Hi Jessica,I'm not sure if you are in the US since you are asking about a CV I'm guessing not?
I don't know how relevant they are to you, but you can find really good sample resumes on the big job boards (monster.com, careerbuilder.com, hotjobs.com, etc.)
They do cover what you should and shouldn't include on a resume, but it is a bit different for a CV (although I think you'd be fine distributing a resume instead... )

Not certificates, licenses etc. Skills are things that you are knowledgeable and can do... Like... typing 40 w.p.m. or Microsoft applications etc. Being a team player is more of an "ability"... But, then again, my resume has the heading "Skills and Abilities" and then I just list everything I can offer knowledge in .... ie: A/R skills, Development and Execution of Marketing Strategies, ...blah blahMelissa Said:
