Cover Letter For A Cv
Emily Said:
HELP! I need a basic CV cover letter for a temp job over Christmas!?We Answered:
You could try this:Dear Sir or Madam
I am writing to inquire about the availability of any temporary employment opportunities you may have over the Christmas period, and to submit an application for any you may have. I am available to work (full time/weekends/evenings etc) for the duration of any temporary employment but I am very flexible regarding my days and hours of work.
I am available at your convenience should you wish to meet or to discuss this further
May I thank you in advance for reading my enclosed CV and I very much look forward to hearing from you
Yours etc

Been given an application form for a job. Do you think its best to enclose a CV and cover letter too?We Answered:
It wouldn't look desperate at all. They would have more information to make a decision and they will know you are really interested in the job. Good luck!.Justin Said:
Guys help please! what could be the perfect format for a cv cover letter? We Answered:
Write all your detail in the beginning and remember to keep it as simple as possible. You should include why you are sending it ( what position you are looking at)
How you found out about the position
Mention qualities of your education and experience that pertain to the position
Reflect on your work attitude
Provide or refer and info onsamples of work that you may have done that the employer may have asked to see.
Indicate how you will follow up with them (stating somthing along the lines of "I will follow-up in two weeks regarding the need of any additional information that you may need")

Any tips for a good CV & Cover Letter? We Answered:
I've been self employed since 1984 and have picked up some good tips. The cover letter should be friendly and 100% personal - i.e. not some standard sh** but especially referring to the person and the company and if possible to any contact you have had. It should say exactly when you are free and any other important information.
Page 1 of the CV must contain all important information, from your contact infos to your nationality, education, skills and hobbies.
The rest of the CV should be page for page job for job or else some sort of information that will impress the potential employer.
People, especially on the internet, will tell you all about photos, websites, and basically a load of b*******s, but that is the way to do it, or else I have spent a life of being immensely lucky.
