Many colleges have career centers that offer free resume services to students and sometimes alumni. If you're a current college student or graduate, I would check to see if there is a career center you can access. They may not write your resume for you, but they will at least examine what you have put together and then provide advice on how to make it better.

If you are in a university use the Career Services, other options available would be to start at a local career counseling center. Each state has an office that can point you in the right direction. Your local bookstore or a website like amazon will have tons of resources as well. After looking over 100 resumes for a CIO position we were trying to fill its important to tailor your resume to stand out from the crowd.
