Celiac disease would be a good one. This disease gets misdiagnosed most frequently because one of the last things people check when they are ill is their diet.

Did you notice DIABETES and Fibromyalgia the list??? Isn't that interesting?

And a related topic is Corn Allergens or Intolerances. Again more misdiagnosis of very similar symptoms to Celiac disease. There isn't an official corn allergens site, but this one has been used by most sufferers as a starting point.

What's really interesting is that Celiac disease and Food Allergens and Intolerances are generally a precursor for many many other diseases.
