Writing Primary School Reports

Larry Said:

Community Support Officer in Primary School Student Interview appropriate or not?

We Answered:

In the US the presence of an Officer may invoke Constitutional safeguards because it may escalate the situation to “custodial” (interrogation) where they have a right to an attorney.

However, here, juveniles can be detained and questioned without parents.

Since criminal charges aren’t filed yet against your kid, I don’t think you have anything to complain about. Maybe it helped show your juvenile to obey the law, maybe not.

Here, charges could still be brought against all the parties for conspiracy. Then they would be charged, picked up, jailed, bailed and court appearances. Maybe the lawyer could get the interrogation answers tossed out.

But it sounds like those answers are what cleared your juvenile in the first place. So the officer’s presence helped get to the truth and settle the matter.

What you do is up to you.

I need PR strategies to approach teachers to visit surf museum?

We Answered:

Combining surf culture with things like the coastal environment might help, green issues are always a winner at the moment! Also if you have local history surrounding surf it might help, I remember doing a bit about my home towns history in primary school. I think kids would love to go, it's just convincing the teachers it's educational enough!

Finally I'm gutted that there was no typo in the question and there's no such thing as a smurf museum.

hi i have to write a report for college and its about my work expeirence and im stuck at the conclusions?

We Answered:

A good strategy for the conclusion of an essay about a personal experience is to write a paragraph about the larger significance of your experience--what you learned from it and what you reader can learn from it.

Should Teaching Assistants be asked to write end of year reports for pupils?

We Answered:

You're the only one that could. The head relied on you and you came through - I'd say that was a pretty fine thing to have achieved! I understand that you gave up your free time to do it, and if you haven't been acknowledged then that's bad form. You are in a strong position to negotiate something that you want. Go for it, whatever it is! Good luck and well done.
