Who set the question? The spelling and grammar makes it almost impossible to work out the question.
Firstly you can't say that Richmond or Richmonth (which is the correct spelling?) is the oldest client as you have no information to support that. They are slow payers possibly in difficulties and should not be heavily pursued.
Jones is not demanding anything they are just steady customers who could do with nurturing to get more business from them possibly.
Smith company your assessment is reasonable although it is just repeating what the notes in the question state.
