Okay, there are SEVERAL things wrong with this scenario. You do realize that if he had his daughter 5-7 days a week he would have a very good chance at custody, and he would no longer have to pay child support.

This is an online discussion group for cases just like this. We are made up of lawyers, social workers, step-moms, dad's who want custody, dad's who HAVE custody.....etc It is totally free and you can ask questions and the whole group can respond and give you really good advice on where to go from here.

In answer to this question it is perfectly legal to video tape every drop off, or change it to a police station. I would warn you against having a cop come every time. First off, if the cop is there there will be no fight and the cop will have wasted his time, and second off you do not want that little girl associating daddy witht he police. If I gauge that mother correctly she is teaching her child to FEAR police, police only cause trouble, and they aren't helpful they just put you in jail.

My stepsons mother used that threat frequently, if he misbehaved he was going to jail she would call the cops they would arrest the 4 year old! Just because she gave birth and shares some DNA doesn't make her a parent.

well let me start by just saying they are all set up the same. the difference in an informational paper is that you aren't trying to prove anything or convince anyone of anything you are just stating facts so really it's the easiest one.
1) intro talk about the time, the lifestyle of the people the events leading up to the eruption (without any argumentative information).. introduce other topics you will discuss
2) talk about volcanoes in general just basic info about them
3) talk about the eruption of a volcano and its effects on society (they were wiped out)
4) talk about this eruption and maybe compare it in strength or effect to another eruption
5) conclude -- sum it all up (basically just re phrase the main idea of each other paragraph) and close it up.

Try not to say things like first of all, or next, or finally, or in conclusion, we can read along those phrases are completely not necessary.

as I said it's all about getting info out there, try not to say things that are not facts unless you are quoting legend since it is about something that happened so long ago.

If I was the teacher and saw Twilight I'd personally rip it up. Why not do something exciting? Find an interesting fact at research it! You could learn about whatever you're researching, so therefore you'd know a lot about it.

The requirements at my school are [last name, page number]. These go on the right hand side of the header. No footer. If you have footnotes, those automatically format at the bottom of your page when you insert them (MS Word).
