You didn't specify whether your report is about real estate sales or real estate management, so I have listed several suggestions for either.

Sales: escrow accounts, commissions, book values vs market values of assets, 1031 exchanges, escrow fees

Management: trust accounts and bank accounts, make sure none of the cash accounts have been co-mingled, rental income & expenses, GPR, ROI, CPI increases, Rent Control increases, Section 8/Housing rents, expense percentage vs income, turnover

I think I see what you mean. Writing compact bullets like a resume vs. writing in more narrative is very differernt.

I would say the writing you do in auditing is something in between.

This one is a lot harder than you would think.
I would suck it up and go to an accountant or a lawyer. ya it sucks but you have to now appeal the audit deccision. This means the appeals court. After that you have only one other step and that is very unlikely as it is the supreme court.

Start by naming your company, explain you're companies purpose and in which way they go about the evaluation process. Clarify your role and what you assess prior to making suggestions for implementation. From there compare and contrast their old way of offering bonus' to your way of determining bonus'.
Look at how the old method of job evaluation was more 'comparative' as opposed to individual performance rewards. How does your company financially combat financial bands and offer a better more sound fiscal structure in which to promote, offer bonus and retirement. How does your company implement and then monitor equal pay audits...
