We Answered:

Mark Said:

is writing a report on management the same thing as whistleblowing?

We Answered:

The real problem is...there are 2 ways to look at it:
-Legal
-Real World :(

Legally-you would be able to write a letter to the higher ups with no impact on yourself. Your letter would be considered unbiased-and appropriate action would be taken.

Real World-The world of business is filled with politics. Seriously filled with politics. Sometimes workers have to be 'good little soldiers'.

You have to determine your situation-because there's a chance Human Resources will take care of issues appropriately.

If not, you need to determine your willingness to leave the company and search for a new job.
I wish it was a better economy for you-but I wish you luck regardless.

Good Luck
