need tips for writing a book report, i'm in high school? We Answered:
Just take out the "i disagree with".So your sentence would look like "The authors decision regarding the immigration policy was a highly controversial one" (for example)
Then go on to give your evidence.
"I" is not needed since the marker will understand that its your viewpoint anyways.

i need tips on writing the executive summary for my report... please help... thanks? We Answered:
well you write a brief summary of your main ideas and any recommendations, it is essentially the same report written in a paragraph or 2. If you need to cheat then look at auto-summary which you can get with word6 or other word processing software, use Google to get a free software programme.Rebecca Said:

How to write a police report? We Answered:
Most police reports are very dry and barely literate. They use codes for the people involved, e.g., V for victim, R/P for reporting party, S for suspect, Subj. for subject. They always begin with a list of the principal parties' names, D.O.B.s, descriptions and addresses and time, date and code of the crime. at the top. Then comes the narrative, which always begins and flows in the same tedious format. A brief sample follows:On Monday morning, 20 Sept. 2010 between the hrs. of 0530 and 1145, person or person(s) unknown entered the premises via a basement window that was later found broken by the V upon his return from a business meeting at his place of work located at 6301 Indian School Rd. NE Ste. 550, contrary to PC459(a). V is approx. 5'8", 170 lbs., bald with graying sides. V stated he is retired and his two adult children ages 48 and 50 live out of state and his wife who is also retired has been visiting her sister for the past week. V further states he known of no one who he would consider a suspect other than possibly the Subj. listed above who V gave a copy of his housekey to last June when V and his wife took their annual vacation to Colorado Springs, CO.
That gives you a general idea. The report then goes into detail about the Subject and witnesses (W1 on). It usually ends, "No further details are available."
