That's not overachieving, that's crazy obsessive. There's no way the _content_ of your writing would be improved by such a strict, formalized structure, and content is what your readers are looking for, not numbers of paragraphs and sentences.

That's not outlining - outlining summarizes the points you want to make, it doesn't specify number of sentences or paragraphs. My point is, this structure adds nothing to your review, bears no relation to any sane writing technique ever devised, and seems to exist only to satisfy your own compulsive urges. Drop it and concentrate on what you want to say, not how many sentences you're going to say it in.
