I'm assuming that you're in high school and a good lesson to learn in high school is how to get out your adult-self when something like this happens. Take the progress report to him and without being negative or angry, tell him that you've been working hard in his class and that you would like to understand why he thought you were inconsiderate or disruptive. He may have put it on there by mistake. If he blows you off or doesn't give you a correct answer bring in one of your parents.

Without a sample of your sentences I can only assume you mean "Subject-Verb Agreement".

The verb of your sentence has to go along with (agree with) the number of subjects (in the present tense).

If your subject is plural (more than one), then your verb must agree with it.

You kind of have to think of it like opposites.

Your handS GET wet when you wash them.

Your HAND getS wet when you wash it.

The subject is Hand(s), the verb Get(s). If one of those words ends in S, the other does not.

Here's where it gets tricky, though, you might not be identifying the subject sometimes.

"A box of candies rests on the floor."

"Box" is the subject, though you might think "candies" is.

Boxes of candy rest on the floor.

Again "Boxes" agrees with "rest".

I am complete sure that regular education teachers in high school don't have to do that - that is completely insane due to the number of students (130 or higher) that the average high school teacher sees in a day. However that does occur for students who have special needs and have IEP's (individual education programs). I have had to play a role in that because I have special education students in my regular ed classrooms (called inclusion). So I have to tell you that you are wrong that every teacher rights individalized reports good or bad on every kid.

They are not only allowed to do so, but required by law to do so. Teachers have no choice but to report evidence that their students have been sexually abused to the authorities.
