This can be a tough one.What is the purpose of the report ? Is the purpose to fund an internship, to create one, to continue one or expand the scope of a program ?
Starting your report with a statement of purpose will certainly give you direction. Write up an outline.
Are you involved in this internship or is this a fictional account ? Can you choose the industry ?
BTW, we ALL feel this way, at one time or another, when taking on a project; perhaps you are feeling overwhelmed.
Relax a bit and expand your definition of "industry".

Sony is a bad example for both because it is HUGE! It is both flat and tall cuz it is a monstrously huge corporation.Typically Japanese corporations have a flat structure, where western corporations have a tall structure. But when it gets to the size of sony, it is a conglomerate, so it is a bit difficult to label.

when a patient with any disease come to a doctor there are four things that a doctor must write in his report1.history
2.general physical examination
3.systemic examination
4.investigations[the test that have to be conducted e.x. blood test]
5.presumptive diagnosis
6.treatment
history in this case is not the one that you study in social studies.it involves the complete description of the complaint of the patient along with the chronological development of disease,personal habits,any previous illness,any familial disease etc.in case of asthma a patient generally complaint of breathlessness,cough during night and difficulty in respiration etc.
