Pretty much the same as an essay. Start by giving the most important issues an introduction.

Plumb Green, co-founder of Green Doors, Inc had some innovative ideas on what she calls the forever door. We also heard from herbalist Basil Oregano who says "if you can't eat it, why grow it?". I think the most awe inspiring speaker at our conference was 4 year old Sunny Bright who has come up with a fascinating idea on turning diapers into energy.

Then go into a little more detail about Plumb Green and her doors that will outlast everyone and their grandmothers and where your audience can view these doors for themselves, what it means to you and your audience and how they can be used.

Go into detail about the others you have highlighted in the intro as well and always make sure they know why it was important for you to bring back this info.

Then sum it up. What are you going to do next to help them use this info that you have brought back.

Applause, thank-yous, sit your buns down before you faint.

Gracie's steps are absolutely right. I answered a question recently about the format of a good book report. I'll copy and paste that answer in case you need help with the format.

paragraph 1 - title, author, one sentence each on main characters, setting and date
paragraph 2 - briefly describe plot leading up to main theme/dilemma
paragraph 3 - tell of the conflict; remember to summarize
paragraph 4 - explain how conflict is resolved without giving away ending
paragraph 5 - give your opinion of the book and two or three specific reasons why you feel this way (did you like a certain character? did the author keep you turning the page? did you relate to someone in the book? do you feel like you learned a lesson?)
This outline should get your through elementary, middle, and most of high school. It might be good to add a quote or two from the book, especially in the third or fourth paragraphs. Good luck!
