When I worked at the spay/neuter clinic, I watched A LOT of surgeries. Obviously I don't know the total logistics of it, but this is how I saw it happen. A lot of vets have their own techniques though.

The dog is anesthetized. They shave the abdomen and disinfect. They make an incision and the uterus and ovaries are located. They clamp the uterus and then use a line (that will dissolve in the body) to tie below where it will be cut so the dog doesn't bleed out. Then the uterus and ovaries are cut out, the dog is sutured up, and is placed in recovery.

Thats how I saw it. Like I said, many vets do it differently, and I was just a volunteer so its probably not 100% technical or correct, but its my best summary.

Open your Access database. Go to the Reports folder. Click the New icon.

You now have the option to follow the Report wizard which builds a report design in an interactive dialogue with you. Alternatively, select the query you want to use, and go straight into design view. If the field list isn't open, go to View -> Field list. This shows you the list of fields in your query, which you can drag on to your report design screen. You can change the font, font size, fill color, alignment etc.

The Detail section is the main body of the report. But you can put any field on to any section of the report. For instance you can insert page numbers into the page header or page footer section. You can also add lines, pieces of text. An important element of report design is the Sorting and Grouping.

There are so many options, you really need to follow an Access tutorial. These are available online or in books like "Access for dummies"..

You havent given enough info about your game file. If it is an image file ( it normally has an .iso or .uif extension) u will need Daemon Tools to install it. Its not very complicated. But we need MORE info to help you! like what type of file it is? Do u know how to use Daemon tools?
