It really depends on who the report is for... if it is for work, you might want to say whether or not the course was worthwhile taking. Was it worth your time? Did you learn anything new? Was it worth the money it cost? Should more people attend it?
If the report is for school - you might want to say what you found best about the course, and if it was interesting and why..
Or perhaps you could explain what you did in your spare time at the workshop, how many others attended, how the facilities were at the workshop etc..

how about a simple T card system its visual everyone can see it, its easy to organise, and comes with various size T cards of various different colours, I use a similar sytem for works orders I use different colour paper to identify the different works order groups
