This has gone way too far to be solved overnight, a psychologist or psychiatrist who can asses and prove your mental state might come in handy also.

You need some of the 'powers that be' on your side to get anywhere here.

Anyone you can think of, speak to your local MP if you have to.

You will get nowhere trying to fight the system alone..

Totally disagree with giving information to anyone but shareholders. It isn't anyone else's business what a company does. They have no social responsibility but most will try to be decent citizens having a united way drive or something.

Also, hobby expenses are deductible to the extent of hobby income (hobby's can have net income, but not net losses). http://www.irs.gov/faqs/faq-kw125.html (question 12.7)

Generally, a hobby is something which you don't do on a regular basis and an activity for which you don't expect to make a profit doing.
