I like to write the report before I do the powerpoint presentations, when I had to do powerpoints.

Start with an Introduction (20% of the report, in length)
Then explain your different topics
Conclusion (resume your topics)
Annex includes term glossary (terms that are "difficult" or technical), bibliography, and any images you included in the power point. Make sure you reference your pictures in the text though. EX. While students gather in the cafeteria (see fig.1)
