In the report you did....What did you thing was cool? Keep in mind you get bored with someone lecturing you! Tell your class mates about the cool things like: her name means "she of throne", the hieroglyph means she of flesh. She was a godess of magic and healing name some cool facts about this, tell them about the belief of he making the Nile flood due to her being in mourning. You did the research make your presentation fun! Go to Wikipedia for more stuff.... Remember make this presentation your own! And picture almost everyone in there underwear! lol....kidding but always look around the room just above everyones head this way you do not have to worry about anyone trying to make you laugh and your teacher still thinks you are being attentive to your audience!!!! It helped me and I began to love doing presentations because it took the pressure off. No real eye contac!

You could mention that Isis really only became one of the major goddesses and worshipped in her own right in the later era of dynastic Egypt.
The Macedonian Greek Ptolemies pharaohs and the Romans in particular found Isis worship very appealing and it was by their influence she was introduced to Europe were her cult following grew and reached as far as England.
The last temple of the old gods and goddesses to remain active was the temple of Isis in the island of Philea .
Where priests of Isis were still actively celebrating her rituals up until around 300AD.
There was also a large mammisi or birth house attached to the temple were women would come to give birth under the care of the priests and priestesses of Isis. Who in her aspect of Hathor was seen as the goddess of birth and family.
Isis herself, is one of the most important and powerful goddesses of ancient Egyptian mythology.
She was the daughter of Ra according to most legends and sister to the sister wife of Osiris the King of the Underworld whose every pharaoh took an his death and the mother of Horus who was the protector of the throne of Egypt.
She was a skilled magician and dedicated wife and mother and it was through her determined hunt for the pieces of her murdered husbands body,which his brother Set, the god of chaos had scattered.But her magical ability to reassemble Osiris's body and breathe life into him that enabled her to conceive the child Horus.
The Isis cult found popularity with the rise of interest in pagan worship and wicca since the rise of the womens movement in western countires. Isis is usually the role the chief priestess of a wiccan coven takes in for ritual purposes.
