Provided you've had any activities this quarter, list them from most important accomplishment to least. Explain the who, what, when, where, and how of each one, and how each helped the organizaton in some way.

At the end of the report add a short paragraph where you talk in general terms about what you plan to accomplish next quarter and how this will help the organization. ( Make sure you will actually be able to deliver what you promise! )

Make sure it's typewritten on good paper and put it in a nice looking folder.

Oath ceremony-Dwell at some length on the:event.How it was held in an enthusiasic atmoephere,well attendance,the ceremony and the felicitations that followed.

Cabinet-The difficulties in selection, allotment of portolioes,the multiplicity of competent candidates available with proved t rack record and the difficulties in the process The inevitable effect of keeping the seletion to the sanctioned strength and your efforts to persuade the dissatisfied c andidates.

Cultural night- Dwell briefly the need for holding such an event emphasising that it i not just a celebration for its own sake but an opportunity of affording to the budding showmakers among the students an opportunity to present their shows before a sympathetic audience of co-students. How you opposed the insistent proposals of getting some celebrity for the performance and stuck to your proosal of making it purely a function of the collegiates, for the college.You can briefly re fer to the encomiums you received by your co-students for the opportunities given to them fo building up their confidence and also of students at large for the unexpexctedly high quality of the pesentations by their collleagues.

Various competetions:Refer briefly to various drawing,painting,singing,debating etc. competetions held to bring out the local talent and the general appreciation of it.

Annual funcion:Dwell upon your effors to make this a college oriented function rather than a grand gala.The invitation ex tended to students who were on the threshold o entering active life, their experiences which would guide their successors. Tell how your general policy approved by all for keep the function to the college level.

NSS-List briefly to the activitiis of these camps and their overall contribution to inculcating the virtues of discipline, coopertive work and efforts to introduce activities to encourage contacts with the members of the public in the areas where the NCC and other camps were held

Prizes-List all the prizes distributed with particulars of the student receipients and the general feeling among the student population about rhe fairness in slection of the winners.

Results;Declaration and distribution: Comments on the excellent show of the students in the examinations and briefly refer to efforts of the union under your leadership for ensuring a better performance.Refer to efforts made to convey congratulations to the good perfoming students at their home addresses with congratulatory message to his/her guardians for their brining up of their wards.
