It really depends on what your teacher is looking for (and if you are unsure - go ahead and ask! That's what they're there for :] ). My college instructor gave us a sample lab report to go by, and that had titles for each section, like "Possible Sources of Error," or "Conclusion." So, yes, I always put titles before the information/data. Tables also work (and look) very nice when your data is numbers and such (tables in Microsoft Word).
