I think you shouldn't write that. You should report your problems in the "experiment and methodology" sector. Better if you put it in "discussion" part.What you can write in abstract? Some points:
Why you did that experiment? (don't say "It's my obligation" - LOL , I mean you should correlate your experiment with your daily life. This is the point why you study chemistry - to see the real world from the eyes of chemistry)
Big points of what you did in your experiments - reacting what with what, etc
Important / notable result of your experiment. For example great explosive happens (i hope you didn't make it) or what you think interesting in your experiment
