How To Write Good Reports
Sara Said:
How to write good articles and take good photos? We Answered:
Your question suggests only people who think they are good at this should answer and although I have had a couple of magazine pieces published I can't claim to be good at it.But I'll give you my best ideas.
If the club has a building or meeting place try and get on the roof and photograph all the bikes from above. That should make an interesting photo. Also perhaps lie on your back and take a picture from below of a man mounted on his bike. Same unusual angle to create interest. Also get a group picture of the individuals on or near their bikes.
Questions: You are a club so how would you compare yourselves to say, the Lions club or the Elks etc? Do you do things within the community that are beneficial? Do you feel some people give bikers a bad rap? Does the law treat you fairly in your opinion? Is there any better motorcycle than a Harley in your opinion and why? What would you like the public to know about bikers in general and your club. What would you like motorists to know about dealing with bikers on the road. Do you all wear helmets and why or why not? What thing have you done together as a club that you are proudest of? What is the most memorable trip or ride you have taken as a group?
I am not a motorcyclist and these are questions I would be interested in the answers to. The club will want to be put in a good light since so many people gangsterize motorcycle groups, so give them the opportunity to show their best side. Take the angle of "Bikers are people too." approach.
These are just suggestions and the answers to some of these questions may give you a theme to work the story around. Good Luck!

Help please!! How to write my report a good one too. Thanks alot?We Answered:
If you need help writing essays, here are a few tips:Start out small. Make sure your topic isn't too broad, or you may end up rushing the information or not providing enough detail. For example, don't attempt to write a two-page essay on "Dogs". Also avoid choosing a topic on "Pit bulls". Both these topics may be a bit too broad. When writing an essay, you're looking for as much detail as possible without boring your reader. Try a specific topic. "Aggression in Pit Bulls" or "The History of the Breed".
Once you have your topic, decide where you're going to go with it. Do you think pit bulls are dangerous? Is the essay going to be warning people about the danger of pit bulls, or letting them know that a pit bull isn't particularly dangerous unless it is placed in the wrong hands? Once you chose that topic, pick three points (or more; in High School and early college essays, they usually ask for three). Order these points/arguments from weakest to strongest.
Make sure you acknowledge the opposing viewpoints...
"Pit Bulls are believed to be dangerous because they are used in illegal dog fights,"
...and retort.
"If this breed were to be placed into the hands of a responsible owner, however, it would be as loving as any other family pet."
Avoid redundancy. Notice how I didn't use the word "dog" or "breed" twice in the same sentence. I didn't even use "dog" in the following sentence. Don't be afraid to use a Thesaurus, but make sure you use it as a reference. If you don't know the definition or proper context of words that are mentioned in the Thesaurus, don't use them.
Try to vary up your sentence structure for more interesting reading. Simple sentences make readers bored, while too many compound sentences may make them confused.
"They say dogs are man's best friend. Best friends stick together. Pit bulls are dogs that are considered mean." Do you see how dull that sounds? It sounds like you're trying to sound official, but you're really just boring your reader. Spice it up!
"If dogs are man's best friend, pit bulls would be considered our worst enemy. Why is this?" It flows a bit nicer, no?
Read your essays out loud as you go. If it seems like things are too short and staccato, revise your sentences to make them flow better.
Details are good! I don't mean adjectives. Avoid using more than two adjectives in a sentence. I mean, give details as to why pit bulls are considered mean. Also, use a stronger word than "mean". Try "vicious," but only use that word once per paragraph! It's one that has a hundred different synonyms.
I can't think of anything else off the top of my head, but those are techniques I use regularly. Keep it interesting. Start out slowly and go out with a bang. Leave the reader thinking.
Don't use I. Don't use you. Don't give your specific opinion directly.
i.e. Instead of saying, "I think pit bulls are the most adorable breed," try something more along the lines of, "This dog, after all, is still just a precious puppy inside." It'll make the reader think of the cute pit bull puppy instead of the grown-up dog he turned into.
I hope I helped!

I want to know how to write a good report? We Answered:
There are really a lot of ways to write a report. There are many kinds of essays. Honestly, there's too much to get into here. I would recommend you pick up a nice, non-threatening report writing guide at your library. If you are still in school, see if you can have a peer edit it or give you some formatting tips.Make sure your grammar is good. Have an introduction, body and conclusion as well as a clear purpose. I hope this helps.
