What is meant by "MLA" style is to adhere to the writing foundations in the guide. In your case you would need to look up parenthetical documentation and cite accordingly.

Apple have service centers all over the country/state in most large countries such as Australia, USA, UK, European countries. When you buy with Apple, if anything goes wrong - you can just pop on by with or without your warranty receipt and get EVERYTHING from the Operating System to the Hardware fixed if ever need be. Same goes for ALL iPod products and iPhones. You can call Apple directly and you are dealing with people who know the products for they actually sell and work with ONLY them.

Microsoft on the other hand is just software. If something goes wrong, you are stuck for years on end with their tech trying to tell you how what to do over the phone. You cannot simply take your laptop that you bought from X Department Store to a "Microsoft Service Center". Microsoft do not deal with the hardware. If you bought a Dell, they do have A service, but iti s not GOOD service. I've had them come with wrong parts to my house, come late after work hours, and various other things.

Apple: 10/10 are reliable, deal with everything in their products from A-Z icnluding software and hardware and you can drop-in/pick-up if their systems ever do fail (lesser rate than any other OS)

Microsoft: 5/10 given their complexity in how to even get a thing serviced. You have to delve into wherey ou bought it, who are the technicians, do they even have a service center, bla bla bla they probably don't even fully know your product.
