if you are doing this for a class, just say i have been very obedient (provided that that is what they want you to say) blah blah blah i go to bed on time, eat on time, come home on time. and then use some big examples like i wanted to...but my parents said no, so....
if you are supposed to write an essay on how obedience is not a good thing, start out with the things your parents made you do that you disagreed with
