Only If you are a police officer or have the correct info?We Answered:
It could help you or hurt you. Dont get caught up in any civil liabilities and you will be ok. Its not necessarily going to be any bonus points either. Take some reserve classes and depending on your age become an explorer or cadet for the dept. your interested in. It seemed like that experienced made more of an impact on my acceleration through the hiring process than the security guard stuff.Paul Said:
help me edit a short paragraph????? french revolution fall of the Bastille? We Answered:
Hi,Bastille Day represented the storming of the Bastille (a prison) by French revolutionaries on July 14th, 1789.
This event is a key point in French history as it represents the beginning of the French Revolution.
Bastille day became France National holiday on July 6th, 1880.
Here is a summary of what happened this day:
Early morning: a group formed of craftsmen and salesmen ran into the Invalides to steal weapons. 28,000 riffles were stolen but they couldn't find any powder there. They knew that powder was stocked in the Bastille so they decided to attack it.
Mid day: the Bastille was only guarded by a few soldiers. The crowd was not that big but the governor, the Marquis de Launay, accepted to meet some of the mob's representatives inside the prison. He wanted them to calm down, as he was expecting a rescue team to arrive shortly.
Afternoon: A group of revolutionaries entered the Bastille. The guards fired at the mob, killing hundreds.
The rescue team finally arrived but decided not to fight against but with the mob. They fought the guards and stormed the Bastille in a few hours.
At 4pm, the Marquis de Launay surrendered. The guards and the Marquis were killed.
Late evening: 800 men worked on destroying the building.
You will find a good summary of the French revolution in this website.
Cheers.

I have to write a "short museum report" on a museum i visited! HELP!!!!!!?We Answered:
Ok...in the first paragraph tell your initial response to that piece of art. How did it catch your attention? What emotion did you feel at that moment...wonder? sadness? happiness? When a work of art catches my attention there is a reason...bright colors, whimsical children, the look on a face, something in the picture or statue or artifact that reminds me of my childhood. If it is an ancient Egyptian artifact.did it make you wonder about the people who made it, wore it, touched it 3000 years ago?So, in the 1st paragraph just give a brief description of your initial feelings, and what caught your eye. Then...take a quick look at the articles below on writing a critical analysis...and pick out helpful ideas. I believe what you need to do in the following paragraphs is to take those first feelings or emotions you had about the work of art and look at them one at a time. Do you think your first impression was correct and why? Take one aspect of the item or one feeling at a time ( choose 3 or4 things) and tell how and why it made you react as you did. Lastly...do you think your reaction was what the artist wanted , do you think the ancient egytian owner of that artifact felt the same way about it?.. How did this piece of art change lives? Last paragraph should be a short summary..and after analyzing the work of art...do you now feel the same way about it as you did at first sight?Theresa Said:
