How To Write A Seminar Report

Marlene Said:

I want to send out my resume?

We Answered:

Depends on where you are and what you want to do.

If you are in LA or NYC, I would get the Ross Reports from a theatre book shop downtown. You can find all that information, as well as ordering it online here: http://www.backstage.com/bso/rossreports…

The other thing to do is get a copy of Backstage off a news rack (both coasts have them). It is a weekly periodical that posts a number of auditions and opportunities for actors. When I first moved to NYC, I sent my headshot/resume out to every role I fit in Backstage. It is a lot of non-paid, non-union work, but a great way to boost the resume and meet people.

Another thing you can do is find casting directors that offer classes or opportunities to audition for local agents. These are usually paid things, which I try not to do, but I know a couple people that had doors open for them from these auditions. Just make sure you are getting in front of the agents you want beforehand.

Best of luck!

your going to have to be strong have a 1 on 1 convo with him, and talk everything out, you cant be scared if your scared/shy about it you might lose you chance so you have to talk to him quickly.. and let him know how you feel and if he feels the same he will tell you, if he says this stuff im pretty sure he has feelings for you.. i dont think you just LOVE him yet.. it takes time to love someone but than again could be love at 1st sight goodluck

I am dumbfounded, thanks for the info.

Tara Said:

what does it take to be a real estate agent??? how much money...requirements,education...please help?

We Answered:

Typcially all you need is a prelicensing course and then you pass the state test. The course usually costs about $200+, the test is $100+, to get your license its $100+, and then when you sign up an at agency, you pay monthly costs- insurance, long distance, copy fees, branch fees, etc.

The MLS wil cahrge you quarterly dues to belong to it.
The REALTOR's association will charge you quarterly dues.
You will have to pay to lease an electronic key pad to show homes.
You have to pay to put up a FOR SALE sign
Buy business cards
And you dont make a dime until your first sale closes. YOu can potentially invest $1500+ before you make anything.

Benefits? Choose your hours, and your motivation/drive will directly relate to your income-- its nearly limitless.

Risks? Pay money and you dont get any back. Usually insurance is NOT employer--paid. No retirement benefits. etc. (I'm sure this varies though.)
