Bruce Said:
Please help me in writing an information report ?We Answered:
Basically, you are asking the students and staff to offer suggestions on how to use the money. You have to let them know that the suggestions must be for tangible things (a condition of the gift). Of course, you are meeting the first condition already because you are asking for input from the students and staff. You can leave the question open and let each person respond with their own ideas or you can present them with a list of options for the money like:
1. Buy trees for planting on the school grounds
2. Commission a statue of the school founder
3. Renovate the school cafeteria
4. Purchase books for the library
5. Leave one BLANK for other ideas
I think you get the idea. One way is to have them rank the options. Another is to pick their top two choices. Then you can see if there is a consensus on what most people want.
