report format?

We Answered:

1. Find a topic that interests you
2. Create a thesis, opr reason for writting the report. Ex. What events lead to US involvement in WWII?
3. Check out several books or magazines about your topic. If you have trouble finding books ask the reference librarian. They can find almost anything.
4. Read the books and magazines.
5. Take notes about what you read with page numbers and quotes you like.
6. Create an outline about what you want to say
7. Use the infomration you gathered while reading to discuss you topic and use the quotes you found, but make sure to site them properly. (search the web or ask your techer for help with this since there are several ways to site information)
8. Proof read your report and make corrections
9. Print your report and create a cover page
10. Turn in your report

Hope this helps.
