Dear Sir,
First of all we are writing to inform you about the progression of our study. Currently we are undergoing (i took out stepping on - didn't know what that meant) blood analysis at the study centre and we hope to receive a report by next Febuary.
Secondly, we estimate that by next year the FDA will issue a new guideline submission which is also used dossier in new format (?). It sould be noted that the enclosed ACTD/ACTR for generic and new generic guidelines have an added topic of basic information of drug substances. And after we have checked dossier we would like to request the paper working as the attachment. (what do you mean working as an attachment)

I believe it's a sign of affection. I give nicknames to the people I have the closest relationships with.

That is, of course, not including the mean names some people call others just to be mean. I don't give mean nicknames.

Schizophrenics do not get close to anyone as they don't trust anyone, and think everyone is out to get them. They don't trust family, friends, or anyone taking care of them. My girlfriend's daughter has it, and my friend sleeps with a knife under her pillow as her daughter threatens to kill my friend, daily. She has even punched large holes in my friend's bedroom door, trying to get at her. While out of this state, her daughter is a very nice person, but not for long.

See some book. Books typically contains a acknowledgement after preface.

It would be kind to include specific names of people who were especially helpful to you, the name of the department in which they work, and perhaps mention company. Acknowledgments are meant to be brief. Something like: I'd like to thank Mr. So and So from the research department at This Company for shedding some light in the field of whatever.

It's not meant for publication, so no need to be poetic. A brief thank-you/acknowledgment would do.

I just hit the save button on a word document that was opened as an attachment from an email. where is it now?

We Answered:

It's probably gone. Editing a document right out of an email is a dangerous practice. Often the file that gets opened in Word is a temporary one and disappears totally when Word closes, so Saves to it are useless (Save As's to a different file are OK, but it's often hard to remember to do that.)

It's usually better to save the file out of the email first, then open the saved file and work on it.
