It is usual to number your quotes in the body of the work and then list them in numerical order in the bibliography.

It is necessary to list sources, this shows what you have read for one thing and also attributes thoughts and findings correctly to the person who published them.

There is a specialised way to write the bibliography: the work, author and initials.....look up bibliography online, for help.

Apart from the fact that I'm sure your teacher will get bored of reading all the essays that agree with the topic...

If you are against it, definitely write it from that angle! You will have so much more to talk about if you really believe what you are saying, plus it will be true to yourself.

I disagreed with an essay topic last year because it was something that I felt strongly about. I was probably the only one who did disagree, but I got full marks. There's nothing wrong with having an opinion. In writing, it is quite the contrary!
