It should say something along the lines of "I hereby tender my resignation of employment effective August 25, 2008. (**GIVE A REASONABLE NOTICE!**) I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to have worked for Pizza Hut. I am willing to fufill any obligations to the company including training my replacement. Pizza hut has provided a wonderful learning experience for me, and I'm looking forward to using those skills to better my financial situation."
or
"I am submitting my resignation of employment effective August 25, 2008. Thank you for the opportunity to have worked for a wonderful company. Please let me know what I can do to make the transition less complicated." if you prefer something less wordy...
You can write that into a Word memo format, and cc to anyone (supervisor, general manager, corporate) you need to. Good luck!

Even if you part in a dispute, write it in this sense. You will see later in years that it doesn't matter how livid you are when you leave (be it on your own or on the company's request) that it's always an advantage to be nice and polite. You never know.

Even though you may not have enjoyed the interaction, your time there afforded you some opportunities to learn, grow, gain confidence and experience. You could talk about that, and leave out the other aspects of the job.
