Include whatever you feel comfortable with that is pertinent to wherever your professor is going. Pick out four or five behaviors that your professor shows, mention them briefly one at a time, expanding on them until you have a paragraph.

Remember though your recommendation is a reflection of your integrity and honesty. If you make a claim your professor does not follow through on, it will reflect poorly on you.
