Write your technical resume using readable fonts and sizes, use proper indentation and bullet your list of technical skills to make it more visible and to make it appear uncluttered.

Technical Summary and Technical Expertise section
You need to add these two sections to your technical resume, these are important in listing and highlighting your technical expertise. Make the summary short and concise, mentioning the skills that you think are your greatest asset. On the technical expertise section, list only the skills and technical skills that you think will matter and ones that the employer will look for.

Positioning
Your technical skills list should be on the upper part of your resume, at least on the first half of the page. This is to make sure that it is clearly seen and easily noticed.

Order

In Technical resume writing, it is good and advisable to include industry-specific jargon on the body of the resume. This can show that you are familiar with the industry and also good for software used by companies that automatically scan resumes for these keywords. List down the complete names of program languages, operating systems, equipments, and other tools you know how to use.

Length
Summarize properly, keep it short but don't sacrifice content, get rid of needless items, or irrelevant experiences, accomplishments or awards.

Review and proofread
Make sure that your resume doesn't have any grammatical errors, misspellings and incorrect terminology. Always proofread and proofread again. Make other people read it to make sure that you spot all mistakes and correct them accordingly.
