Try to keep it light and humorous because sometimes people get homesick when they are away at camp. Talk about mutual friends, what you have been doing, what your plans are for the future when your friend returns. Boys talk about sports, music, games, etc.: Girls talk about boys, makeup, clothes, and music. You might think of some things that interest your friend and discuss them. You migh discuss books you have read while your friend is gone of movies you have seen. You friend is probably interested in the latest music releases and/or celebrity gossip.

That doesn't make any sense to me. I'm not familiar with immigration laws in those countries so it may be a legitimate request. Go to your government website and check out the requirements.

His request sounds fishy, however. I don't know your relationship with this person but he may be interested in getting a copy of your signature in order to illegally forge documents or steal your identity.

This is a difficult letter to write but I want to put my feelings in to words so you will know how important you are to me. As you know, I will be leaving for college soon. I am excited about starting this phase of my education but at the same time I have feelings of sorrow. I am sad about having to leave you and your family as you have given me so many happy times. It is difficult to convey how important you are to me other than to say I consider you like a mother to me. I will always have great memories to cherise and look back on. I especially remember the time when........and will be able to look back on this with a smile when ever times get difficult at college.
