Writing A Letter Of Complaint
Tina Said:
Mummy's I need help writing a letter of complaint to Clarks? We Answered:
I wont write the whole thing, but here are some bits:"I wanted to write to you to let you know that mothers of young children are being subjected to a level of inconvenience that is unacceptable in you (insert town name here) store."
Tell them what happened.
"It is unrealistic to expect women with small children in pushchairs, to leave the pushchairs out of view, and carry the children up the stairs. Some women will not be willing to leave the pushchairs, and others will be unable to carry their children that far"
"Unless you implement a system whereby somebody will come downstairs and measure the childen's feet, your children's shoe department will not last long"
"May I ask you to rethink, why the children's section is not on the ground floor if there is no lift available?"
End it by saying you think its a pity you were treated the way you were, and that you hope Clarks can find a way to rectify the situation.
If youre lucky, you might get some vouchers..

writing letter of complaint?We Answered:
Start with an intro addressing to the person. A manager or police officer or someone of high authority right? You can start by saying how you've always loved the bus service but an incident occurred that changed your perception of this supposedly good service. Summarize all your body's content into the intro. Now for the body of content. Use the method of 1 point, 1 paragraph. The 2nd paragraph is usually describing what you were doing just before the incident and then describe what actually happened (IMPORTANT: Mention where, when, who, what, how?). 3rd and 4th paragraphs can be more details on the passengers also on board the bus and their reaction to the incident (i.e. witnesses), what you did after incident, etc. Also describe what the key subject/person relevant to your letter looks like (does the bus driver have a name tag you can refer to to tell the person you're writing to?). 5th paragraph or ending conclusion addresses the person you're writing to again. Tell the person how you resolved your problem OR if the problem isn't resolved, suggest solutions for the person to resolve the problem.
You say you know the format so I shall not elaborate on all that.

Any tips for writing a complaint letter to the mother company? We Answered:
Don't rant and state your points clearly. Use language such as "I've always found the service at your stores (or whatever) to be great, but was extremely disappointed at the treatment I received at your whatever branch". Make it seem that by screwing you, the subsidiary was also screwing them, e.g. "the whole situation has left a bad taste in my mouth and I'll be hesitant to use your company again, or recommend you to anyone else". Name names and dates if you can. You don't say what sort of business the subsidiary is, but if it's a large enough company they'll be well equipped to fix whatever wrong has happened - whether that be some free products, discount voucher, refund, whatever. If you write the letter calmly, logically and with all the facts laid out it will get you a much better response than just having a long-winded rant at them.Raul Said:
Help writing a complaint letter in french? We Answered:
So first of all, don't forget the formula of courtesy at the very beginning of the letter because it can be seen as disrespectful. It must obviously be adapted according to the person to whom you write. You can write Cher Monsieur x (for a man), Chère Madame x (for a woman). If you do not know his/her name, you write Cher Monsieur or Chère Madame. By opposite, if you do not know if your interlocutor is a man or a woman you write Madame, Monsieur.
Here are the forms a mat that you will end your letter with no problems:
Basic letter: je vous prie d'agréer mes salutations distinguées or mes meilleures salutations or Veuillez recevoir, Madame, Monsieur, mes salutations distinguées or Veuillez agréer, Madame, Monsieur, l'assurance de mes sentiments respectueux or Croyez, Madame, Monsieur, à mes sentiments les meilleurs.
Forms more sustained or corresponding to particular situations (but they can also be apply to all for basic letter):Je vous prie de recevoir, Madame, Monsieur, mes salutations respectueuses or Je vous prie d'agréer, Madame, Monsieur, l'assurance de ma sincère considération or Je vous prie de croire à l'assurance de ma considération distinguée or Veuillez agréer, Madame, Monsieur, l'expression de mes sentiments distingués or veuillez agréer l'expression de mes sentiments respectueux.
Actually, there are a lot of formula of politeness (I don't know if it's like that we say in english) in French. Here, it's a small preview. Well, I hope it will help you.

I'm writing a complaint letter how should I do it?We Answered:
This is a bad situation, but here's some advice. First of all go to their website www.continentalairlines.com and look for their contacts list, there will be an email for customer service or something like that. Send an email to them and keep it factual, don't try to exaggerate or make it sound more dramatic than it was, just state the facts and ask for some action. (That's the key, don't just tell them what happened, tell them what you want). One other thing though, I'm not sure if you had insurance for this particular trip, if you did, then that should cover you, if not, you need to look on their website for their conditions of carriage which will list what they cover and what they don't. That will give you an idea of what you can ask for.One final piece of advice, don't bother about your age, they don't need to know that, it's immaterial, you have just as much right to respectful treatment as anyone else and if you just give them the facts and ask for action, you'll have a good chance of receiving it.
Good luck!

help with writing a complaint letter? We Answered:
I wouldn't burn the bridges behind you, honestly. Did you apply and they turned you away? If you did not apply, and you wish to, then apply. There's no way of telling who else will apply to the position. Perhaps you are right, someone with three years experience wouldn't take 8/hr, so they might hire the next person they like with only a few months of experience.Either way, I wouldn't send them a complaint letter as it will not do you any good, and could hurt your chances in the future. You never know if you may run into those people again, in another company. It's not a good idea to burn bridges.

After writing a complaint letter, do you get it notarized? We Answered:
Proof that you sent it has nothing to do with getting it notorized. Notorized only means that someone verified that it was YOU who signed the document. What you need to do is have it sent returned reciept.Returned receipt can be used in a court of law that you sent something to someone. Then it would be on the other person to prove that you didn't send the letter. However, they accepted something from you and you would then ask them to produce what you sent them. It would be the letter of course.
As far as I know, a notory doesn'tkeep proof of the actual letter. Just proof that he verified your signature on something. They may keep a small notation of what it was but not the actual letter.
