Writing A Covering Letter For A Cv
Sherry Said:
help for writing a cv cover letter! is it right to say" in the attention of Mr...." ?We Answered:
Cookus is wrong (no offense!). the correct address is 'For the attention of Mr...'Then to start the letter you write 'Dear Mr...' and end it 'Yours sincerely...'
If you don't know the name of the person you are addressing, put 'Dear Sir or Madam...' and end it 'Yours faithfully...'
Hope you get the job!

CV and Covering letter question? We Answered:
If you are studying for any qualification, especially if it is a degree you should state it in your CV. It doesn't matter if it is relevant to the job or not as it will show that you have a commitment to education. As for a covering letter say that you are writing because you are interested in working for the company. Make sure that you do your back ground on the company so you can state a few facts and figures. Say what sort of work you want to do and ask that if anything comes up within the next six or so months, could they let you know.
Keep your CV to about two pages. Good luck.

Writing a CV & Cover Letter?We Answered:
You should definitely include it and be honest - not only will employers immediately question why you have a gap, but they'll assume the worst and think there's a reason why you haven't explained it. Put it in your cover letter as a brief line saying 'dedicated myself to being a stay-at-home mother' or something, but focus instead on all the things you've done in that time. If you can get any voluntary work now then that will help, but otherwise embellish things! Emphasise how you've kept up to date with the skills relevant to the job you're going for, and maybe go to your local adult education centre to if there are any short courses you can take, which will refresh you and show employers that you're willing to take control and learn.Freddie Said:
