Sena,
Search on 'Google' carefully. Within a week some sites will emerge if they don't exist now. Your's is a very good & sensible idea indeed but I don't know anyone right now , unfortunately.

Draft letter as no response to complaint letter

We Answered:

What you have said is really all your need to say. It need not be long.

Paragraph 1: Start out by saying you are writing again regarding your letter of whatever date. Say that you have not received any response to your letter.

Paragraph 2: Re-state briefly what your original letter was about and attach a copy of it.

Paragraph 3: State that if you receive no response within 4 weeks (and here you could give them an exact date) further actions....

Be sure to include your policy number if applicable.

Also, I'm wondering if you have contacted the insurance commission in your state. They may be able to assist as well.

Good luck.

Edwin Said:

How do you write a tenant complaint letter to your property Manager?

We Answered:

I just wrote one today!

1) State the purpose of the letter ("The purpose of this letter is to notify you of the following problem(s)." Then state or list the problem(s). If possible, give specific examples and specific times/dates.

2) Explain any actions or efforts you have made to resolve the problem. For example: "I spoke with the neighbor last Tuesday about the noise and disruptions. Unfortunately, these problems continue unabated."

3) Suggest one or more solutions to the problem.

4) Close the letter by thanking the property manager for helping you to resolve the problem.

Be sure to keep a copy of your letter for future reference. You may also want to send the letter via Certified Mail with Return Receipt so you can document that you filed this written complaint with the manager.

Best wishes and good luck.

P.S. Use a 'professional tone' in your letter. Do not be emotional, rude or crude. Be FACTUAL and considerate.

Clyde Said:

Could you write me a sample of written answer to a complaint.?

We Answered:

I'd start with something on the lines of "Thank you for your letter pointing out the difficulty you had with (whatever it was). I'm sorry to hear this and appreciate you bringing it to my attention."

The you need to drum up something depending on what the problem was. Might be something like "I've now had the opportunity to speak to the staff concerned and remind them of their duties. I am confident it won't happen again. Again, many thanks for bringing this to my attention."

Perhaps this will help.
