A letter from the company in which you work on their company letter head will suffice in most cases indicating date of hire, weekly wages, amount already paid. They should also have a telephone and fax number on the letter as well as the current date the letter was written.

This letter should be signed by the president or human relations directory or who ever handle payroll for this company.

There is normally telephone verification prior to close if this is a loan dealing with real estate.
