I don't think it is wrong to write a love letter. but I think there are some rules
1. only if you r truly in love with them, and they either totally don't know or they really know, not the just friends thing
2. It is truly romantic, perfect way to show some one you love them or have affection, you have truly gone out of the way to make them realize, that someone loves them.
3. I would not go around telling everybody I wrote a love letter, because the y might make fun of you cause they did not think of it and they will copy you and the letter will lose it's meaning
